Tilcomp ERP-E is easy-to-use, flexible and comprehensive software which has a modular structure and developed for SMEs making production by the method of Extrusion, Injection, Lamination and Thermoform in Plastic and Packaging industry and working as Printing House. Manages all production and stock cycles including Welding and Cutting.
By aiming an effective management, the program makes tracking by cylinder. By scaling the cylinders and noting the roller weights, the entries are made into Tilcomp ERP. Makes automatic production planning according to due dates of the products; possible to intervene to the planning manually. In addition, production routes are determined in production planning. For instance: Extrusion-Printing Works-Cutting. Makes estimated cost and actual cost calculation (on work order, machinery or product basis). The product picture appears in the work order and all specification (production formulation, head direction of the extruder, printing direction, color ratios, etc.) appears, additionally. Purchasing is planned by predicating on the orders. Losses and recycles are followed. Stocks of raw material, finished goods and semi-finished goods are displayed instantly. All stages from the raw material to the finished goods, from the box to the palette are traced by etiquettes which are arranged as per requirement, by barcode or QR code application.
• Offers are formed automatically in required format and different languages, and can be printed out from printer or sent by e-mail in PDF format. • Offers can be forwarded to the order when accepted. • Revisions and changes can be followed from the system. • The bidding results are followed in four main categories (pending, accepted, rejected or revising) and the results can be reported statistically.

A module which keeps production recipes and production details. • Parametric sections where in what ratio of raw materials needed for product manufacturing, in which machinery will be produced and the machinery settings are registered • Parameters can be changed and enhanced according to your requirement • Saves machinery and raw material values of previous productions as day and hour. By this way, medium changes and variations subject to season and production times can be followed.
A module where contract manufacturing and production of printing plates are followed and detailed plate information is kept. • Tracks production and revision phases of the plate and customer approvals, which facilitate creating, keeping and determining shelf number for every printing plate group. • Since the printing plate components are tracked separately, revision can be done on piece basis. The number of printing performed by every component can be monitored. • Records printing plate image and printing it on the work order. The operators see the image of the product they will print on the work order. • Errors are prevented because cancelled or replaced plates cannot be selected in the system. • Lab dips or used printing mixtures, dye brand and ratio is recorded in the dye module running integratedly with printing plate module, and exactly same color can be used in next printing works.
